Welcome to Sweet Old Prague! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and purchases. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

General Information:

Sweet Old Prague specializes in luxury cookies and pastries inspired by 200-year-old Czech family recipes. We offer online ordering, delivery, and shipping within the state of Colorado.

Orders and Payment:

• All orders must be placed through our website. We do not accept orders via phone or email unless otherwise specified.
• Full payment is required at checkout to process your order. We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods.
• We require 7 days' notice on all orders for production and shipping. Please plan accordingly or we may not be able to guarantee on time delivery.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping and Delivery:

• We offer Colorado overnight or second day shipping to ensure freshness. Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday to prevent weekend delays.
• Shipping costs vary based on location and are calculated at checkout.
• Sweet Old Prague is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.
• We offer local delivery in the Colorado, Front Range area. Our delivery fee is $29.95.

Storage and Freshness of Perishable Goods:

Our products are perishable, especially products which contain cream. Open all product deliveries immediately and refrigerate. Products will stay fresh up to two weeks while refrigerated in an airtight container. If you have leftovers, most can be frozen in airtight containers and will last up to two months. Do not freeze any products which contain whip cream.

Allergens and Dietary Restrictions:

• Our products may contain nuts, dairy, gluten, and other common allergens. While we take precautions, cross-contamination may occur, and we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
• Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering to discuss ingredient details.

All content, including images, text, logos, and recipes, is the property of Sweet Old Prague, LLC. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitations of Liability:

• Sweet Old Prague is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
• We are not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by ingredient sensitivities or allergies.
